Judge Barbara Buchanan
Alvin L. Hoglan, born 1965, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance June 21 by
the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled
guilty and sentenced to two years in prison,
determinate, three years indeterminate,
jurisdiction retained, and $285.50 costs.
Charged with misdemeanor possession of
marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 55 days
in jail with credit for 55 days served and
$197.50 costs.
Judge Justin Julian
William R. Macrae, born 1968, charged with false
logbook June 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled
guilty and fined $263.50 and $160.50 costs.
Luis Lorca-Merono III, born 1989, charged with
traumatic domestic battery, a felony, July 17 by
the Boundary County Sheriff, amended to
misdemeanor battery, pled guilty and sentenced
to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $142.50
fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation.

4:40 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at

6:53 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported
on Tamarack Lane.
7:49 p.m.: A battery was reported on Deep Creek
Loop at Lions Den Road.

Riverside resulted in an arrest for possession
of a controlled substance.

3:04 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on

Kootenai River Inn.
Saturday, August 5
1:47 a.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at
Chinook Street resulted in an arrest for
consumption of alcohol by a person under age 21.
3:38 a.m.: Fraud was reported at an Oak Street
residence.
9:23 a.m.: A fire was reported on Camp Nine
Road.
3:27 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity at
537896 Highway 95 resulted in an arrest for
possession of marijuana.
6:40 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on
Cow Creek Road.
7:03 p.m.: A fire was reported on the Union
Pacific Rail Road near mile 108.5.
7:37 p.m.: A traffic stop at Georgia and Ash
Street resulted in an arrest for DUI, second
offense.
