Charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 55 days in jail with credit for 55 days served and $197.50 costs. Judge Justin Julian William R. Macrae, born 1968, charged with false logbook June 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $160.50 costs. Luis Lorca-Merono III, born 1989, charged with traumatic domestic battery, a felony, July 17 by the Boundary County Sheriff, amended to misdemeanor battery, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation.
