The Bonners Ferry Badgers cross country team took a week off of racing as they prepare to host the District cross country meet this Thursday at Mirror Lake Golf Course, and everyone's encourage to come out and cheer our runners on.

"The Badgers need to finish in first or second place in team scoring to secure a trip to state or finish in the top third of the race to qualify as an individual," said coach Tyler Warner.

The District meet begins at 2 p.m.
