The Selkirk Archers are hosting their annual 3D
bow shoot and first shoot of the year this
weekend at their range on Highway 2, offering 40
targets run in three staggered loops, money dots
and a money shot.
Registration at the course takes place from 7 to
10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 20, with shooting to
commence at 10:30 a.m. I.B.O. scoring will be
used, and Saturday's scoring will be used to
determine flights for Sunday, with assignments
to be made at 7:45 a.m.
Top shooters will qualify for trophies, and the
shoot is open to all archery classes, with two
shooters required to make a class for flights or
trophies.
Fees are $15 for one day or $25 for both days
for adults; and $5 or $10 for cubs, $10 or $15
for youth. Families of three or more can
participate for $30 for one day or $45 for both.
Primitive camping with no water or amenities is
available on site.
