NLI making progress, problems persist |

this morning, as of 5:30 p.m., a total
of 163 outages affecting 4,778 remain. |

From Northern Lights:
NLI made some progress today restoring outages.
Crews will continue to make repairs through the
night. Even though the snow has stopped falling,
new outages are popping up as trees continue to
topple.
