to deliver, a felony, July 24 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, amended to felony

guilty and sentenced to three years in prison
determinate, three years indeterminate,
jurisdiction retained, and $585.50 costs.

Ryan S. Cowell, born 1980, charged with driving
without privileges, second offense, December 1
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days
suspended, credit for three days served, $817.50
fine $182.50 costs and two years probation.
