Not guilty pleas entered in Yaak murder case |

Boundary County residents Ezra Levi Skinner, 28,
and his wife Sarah Louise Carpenter Skinner, 27,
both pled not guilty Monday to the charge of
deliberate homicide in the January death of
Travis Jay "T.J." Gillett, 31, during their
arraignment hearing in Lincoln County 19th
Judicial District Court in Libby.
Both remain held without bail in the Lincoln
County Detention Center.
The Skinners were arrested in Boundary County
August 24 in a cooperative effort by both the
Lincoln County and Boundary County Sheriff's
Offices.
Gillett, Sarah's former boyfriend, was reported
missing from the Sandpoint area on January 16
and found dead of multiple gunshot wounds later
that day in the upper Yaak.
An omnibus hearing in the case has been set for
Monday, November 13. |
