Vietnam Vets Memorial convoy to roll through
town |

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial will be passing
through Bonners Ferry on Monday, September 4, at
approximately 11:45 a.m. to noon, as it travels
from Goldendale, Washington, to Kalispell,
Montana, where it will set up at 2000 US 93 S
and be on display, sponsored by Vietnam Veterans
of America NW Montana Chapter 1087, from
September 7-10.
They motorcade will be heading north on Highway
95 then east on Highway 2, with a motorcycle
escort that joined up in Spokane.
The local VFW is planning to meet at Safeway in
Bonners Ferry at 11:45 a.m. to salute the
convoy's passing, and all are welcome to join
them. |
