Judge Barbara Buchanan
Brandon Lee Culler, born 1989, charged
with possession of a controlled substance, a
felony, January 10 by the Boundary County
Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to
two years in prison, de3terminate, three years
indeterminate, credit for 53 days served,
jurisdiction retained, $300 fine and $685.50
costs. Charged with possession of paraphernalia,
pled guilty and sentenced to 53 days in jail
with credit for 53c days served and $197.50
costs.
Clint A. Vidano, born 1992, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance April 19 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, dismissed
on motion of prosecutor. Charged with DUI, pled
guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 78 days
suspended, credited with 12 days served, 90 day
drivers license suspension,, $287.50 fine,
$312.50 costs and 364 days probation.
Judge Justin Julian
Leonid M. Shestak, born 1974, charged
with logbook not current June 15 by the Idaho
State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and
$157.50 costs.
Kevin L. Crittenden, born 1989, charged with
misdemeanor possession of marijuana July 31 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, $92.50 fine, $209.50 costs and 11
months, 29 days probation.
James David Johnson, born 1977, charged with
motor carrier overweight August 2 at the port of
entry, pled guilty and fined $134 and $160.50
costs.
Terry A. Thurlow, born 1969, charged with motor
carrier overweight August 3 at the port of
entry, pled guilty and fined $108 and $157.50.
