Moyie Springs auctioning surplus rigs

The City of Moyie Springs is disposing of surplus items by a sealed bid auction that begins today and runs through 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 6. Bids will be opened at the regular Moyie Springs City Council meeting at 7 p.m. September 6. Items up for auction are a 1985 Ford F-350 two-wheel-drive flat bed truck, a 1975 International 1700 six-wheel dump truck and a 1979 International 1824 cab and chassis four-wheel-drive with a 10-foot snow plow. All three vehicles can be seen at Moyie Springs City Hall, 3331 Roosevelt Road, and bid forms must be picked up and turned in to Moyie Springs City Clerk Donna Wilson-Funkhouser by bid deadline to be considered.
