Foster charged with attempted murder |

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, acting as
lead investigative agency for the North Idaho
Critical Incident Task Force on the Bonner
County deputy involved shooting, is releasing
the following additional information.
Adam Deacon Foster has officially been charged
with two counts of attempted first degree murder
for his involvement in the January 16 officer
involved shooting near Blanchard.
He was served this arrest warrant while still in
custody at the Kootenai County Public Safety
Building. Foster’s bond has been set by the
courts at $2-million.
Per normal protocol, all three deputies involved
will be on administrative leave pending the
outcome of this investigation. Information will
be released as quickly as the investigative
process allows. |
