School in session for local hay producers |

On Monday, November 2, University of Idaho
Extension in Boundary County is hosting a day of
educational programming for hay producers from
8:00 am -5:00 p.m. at the University of Idaho
Extension office in Bonners Ferry. Presentations will be given on the alfalfa weevil, fertilization, weed control, crop insurance, variety trials, economics and marketing by University of Idaho Extension educators and specialists, as well as other local experts. Attendees can earn 4.5 CEUs (continuing education credits) for the course. A $5 registration fee will be charged.Lunch and refreshments will be provided by local farm machinery dealers.
