An evening with the Incredible Flying Dookie Brothers
January 20, 2018
The Incredible Flying Dookie Brothers will perform for the first time ever at The Pearl Theater at 7 p.m. Saturday, January 27.

With a rock ’n’ roll lineup with classic covers from artists like The Who, Rush, Yes, The Police and Jackson Browne, the band satisfies musical yearnings of every classic rock fan.

They have gained a reputation for their musical precision, integrity, and quality as they played The Festival at Sandpoint for the past three years. The Pearl proudly presents this performance as one in a diverse season lineup, after considering recent requests for more music of this genre.

The band is led by front man Mike Thompson on guitar and vocals, with John Hampton on bass/vocals and Bob Staggs on drums. The three hail from Priest River, Spirit Lake and Sandpoint, and they’ve gained a faithful North Idaho following as they play at select venues and festivals around the region.

The Pearl’s Performance Chair, Lynn Haworth, knows that the band will have a great evening with an appreciative audience.

“Rock n Roll is here to stay," she said. "It only takes one event at the Pearl Theater to convince folks that the entertainment is first class and the fun is contagious.”

Tickets are $15 advance and $5 student and they're on sale now at Mountain Mike’s, Bonners Books, online www.thepearltheater.org, or call (208)610-2846. Tickets at the door are $18.

The Pearl Theater is a non-profit organization, dedicated to fostering the performing arts throughout Boundary County.
