Neil E. Blakney, born 1953, charged with
commercial driver possessing alcohol March 15 by
the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined
$263.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with

Tona R. Yates, born 1998, charged with
possession of e-cigarette March 20 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
fined $97.50, suspended, six months probation

William R. Dixon, born 1986, charged with
driving without privileges March 26 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail and a 180 day
drivers license suspension.
William D. Shults, born 1998, charged with
misdemeanor possession of marijuana November 15
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted
true and sentenced to two days detention, $100
restitution, $70 court costs and one year
probation. Charged with possession of
paraphernalia, admitted true and sentenced to
