Lambert, born 1990, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance October 1, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, suspended, 133 days in jail with credit for 133 days served, $300 fine, $360.50 courts costs, $200 restitution and three years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served, $107.50 fine, $200 restitution and $192.50 court costs.

 

Phyllis L. Tatsey, born 1962, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance August 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $300 fine, $100 restitution and $580.50 court costs.

Dauncey, born 1962, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver September 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine, $300 restitution and $580.50 court costs. Charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $300 restitution and $280.50 court costs.

 

Derek R. Dauncey, born 1987, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance September 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served, $300 fine, $100 restitution and $660.50 court costs.

 

Cody J. Williams, born 1987, charged with felony DUI October 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, one year drivers license suspension, $300 fine and $585.50 court costs. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 14 days suspended, credited with 76 days served, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

Gary L. King, born 1964, charged with failure to stop at check station January 23 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Clifford L. Pogany, born 1959, charged with commercial driver possessing alcohol March 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Eldon R. Quaal, born 1954, charged with log book violation March 16 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs. Charged with false logbook, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

4:02 p.m.: A report of drug possession at Bonners Ferry High School resulted in an arrest for possession of tobacco by a minor.
