Martin A. Dippolito, born 1989, charged November
9 with no appropriate tag by Idaho Fish and
Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in

Kevin Randall Poulton, born 1982, charged with
driving without privileges December 5 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension,
$322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Skyler J. Mellott, born 1998, charged with
burglary, a felony, October 7 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, admitted true and
sentenced to 180 days detention, held in
abeyance until released from Idaho Juvenile
Corrections, $357 restitution and $70 court
costs. Charged with petit theft, admitted true
and sentenced to 90 days detention, held in
abeyance, and $357 restitution.
O’Shawnasee M. Ryan, born 1997, charged with
restricted hours for minors (curfew violation),
admitted true and fined $100.
