VP Avery Pluid took roll: All members were
present. The minutes of the November meeting
were approved,
President: Lily Blackmore, Vice-president: Avery

The following activities have been selected;

Sports Day
Switch or Opposite Day
Spirit Week (Monday-Safe, Tuesday-Civil,
Wednesday-Productive, Thursday-Badger)
Twin Day
American Day
80’s Disco Day (held on the 80th day of school)
Snow ball target for the playground
Mustache & Tie Day (Mr. P. Day????????)
The HS is still working on our school sign for
the front of the school.
Community Service Projects selected were:
Canned Food Drive: This will begin when we
return from vacation January 6th.
Animal shelter
May Day cards and flowers to the Nursing Home
Making cards to support all local law
enforcement (Border Patrol, Local Police,
Sheriff, etc)
Help the Rex Theatre
Community trash pickup
Animal shelter
Donate money for the bleachers
Support the Community Garden?
Fund Raising:
Candy grams for Christmas and St. Patrick’s
Ice Cream Sales
Popcorn Sales
A Parent letter was sent home to the members of
the Student Council. Assistance is needed to
fulfill the fund raising activities: an adult to
pop popcorn, sell Santa and Lucky Grams.
The next Meeting will be on Thursday, January 9,
at 11:45 a.m. |
