Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 suspended, $547.50 fine, $300 restitution, $202.50 court costs and two years probation. Robert A. Copeland, born 1974, charged with driving under the influence, second offense September 12 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $792.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Kileah Raelihn Crum, born 1987, charged with possession of marijuana September 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation. Marian R. Abraham, born 1990, charged with DUI October 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, $1,000 fine, suspended, and $544.34 restitution. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $500 fine, suspended, and two years probation. Amber M. Parker, born 1979, charged with driving without privileges October 20 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, eight hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of one day in jail, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation. Lee E. Unruh, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 4 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $319 and $152.50 court costs.
