Idaho Amber Alert issued |
September 6, 2013 |
An Amber Alert has been issued by the Idaho
Falls Police in an attempt to find a five year
old Idaho Falls girl believed to have been
abducted by her non-custodial grandparents, who
are allegedly taking her to Mexico. Aaliyah Alynn Esquada, who has brown hair and brown eyes, stands three feet, five inches and weighs 50 pounds. She had been allowed visitation with her non-custodial grandparents since September 3, and was to have been returned to Debra and Scott Yagues September 8. It is believed that she has been abducted by grandparents Irene and Salvador Esqueda after a relative received a Facebook message saying they were taking the girl to her father, who lives Mexico. It is believed they boarded a bus in Idaho Falls around 11 p.m. Friday; authorities were not advised of the possible kidnapping until around 2:45 today, and investigation thus far makes it appear that this information appears accurate. Anyone who sees the three should call 911; anyone who may have information on the incident are asked to call the Idaho State Police at (208) 846-7500. |
