Pinson boys facing burglary charges

Three runaway Boundary County boys who were
found safe in Bonner County Wednesday are each
facing multiple burglary charges and the eldest,
Ethan Pinson, 15, remains in police custody.
The two younger boys, Cody Pinson, 13, and
Dakota Pinson, 9, have been returned to their
adoptive parents at their Paradise Valley home.
The trio ran away from the home August 15.
Spokane's KREM 2
News reported Thursday that the three were
discovered burglarizing a home southwest of Lake
Pend Orielle near Sagle by a retired New York
police officer, who held them at gunpoint and
summoned authorities. For the full KREM article,

The boys spent part of the week they
were missing at a campsite in the woods a few
hundred yards from the remote homes they
allegedly burglarized, KREM reported. It was
there officers found a number of items taken,
including guns, ammunition, medications,
alcohol, rare coins and more. |
