Wendy L. Aahl, born 1965, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance May 5 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty
and sentenced to one year, six months in prison,
determinate, three years, six months
indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction
retained, and $250 restitution. Charged with
possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and
sentenced to six month in jail and $250
restitution. Charged with DUI, pled guilty and
sentenced to six month in jail, $250 restitution
and a 90 day drivers license suspension.
Kathy Elaine Rice, born 1967, charged with
felony excessive DUI May 11 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to
one year, six months in prison, determinate,
four years indeterminate, prison suspended, $250
fine, $365.50 court costs and four years
probation.
Judge Justin Julian
Brandon C. Jarvis, born 1996, charged with
hunting or fishing without a license June 26 by
Idaho Fish and game, pled guilty and fined $50
and $160 court costs.
Ryan E. Graf, born 1978, charged with
misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
June 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28
days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100
restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Kenneth N. Jones, born 1978, charged with
failure to provide proof of insurance August 8
by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to
10 days in jail, nine days suspended, eight
hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of
jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one
year probation.
Brook J. Wenz, born 1977, charged with operating
without a log book July 11 by the Idaho State
Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and
$152.50 court costs.
John M. Brown, born 1996, charged with
possession of alcohol by a minor July 16 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to a 90 day drivers license
suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.
Justin R. Mitzel, born 1990, charged with
possession of paraphernalia July 19 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and
one year probation.
Kolton A. Carroll, born 1999, charged with
possession of paraphernalia, admitted true and
sentenced to informal adjustment, $85 court
costs and one year probation.
