THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS,
the members of the Bonners Ferry Little League
Yankees Team enthusiastically participated in
the 2013 baseball season, and
WHEREAS,
the Bonners Ferry Little League Yankees Team won
the State Title for Little League in Boise and
travelled to Irvine, California to participate
in the Western Regional Tournament to qualify
for participation in the intermediate division
of the Little League World Series, and
WHEREAS,
it is fitting to celebrate and focus attention
upon the Bonners Ferry Little League Team and
recognize their success,
NOW,
THEREFORE,
I, David K. Anderson, Mayor of the City of
Bonners Ferry, do hereby proclaim August 5th
through August 9thth, 2013, to be
BONNERS FERRY LITTLE LEAGUE WEEK
in Bonners Ferry.
Further, I urge all citizens in Bonners
Ferry to recognize and congratulate the 2013
Bonners Ferry Little League Yankees Team Members
and Coaches.
