School district offers kids free summer meals

Boundary County School District 101 is
participating in the Summer Food Service
Program, serving free meals to all kids 18 and
under at various locations in Bonners Ferry.
Beginning Monday, June 10, through August 15,
meals will be served from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m. and
from 1 to 1:30 p.m. at
the Bonners Ferry City Pool, 7040 Helena Street,
and from noon to 1 p.m. in the Bonners Ferry
Middle School Cafeteria.
Meals will be served from 8 to 8:30 a.m. June 17
through August 15 at Valley View Elementary and
from 12:30 to 1 p.m. July 8-12 at Trinity
Lutheran Church, 6784 Cody Street.
These meals will be provided to all children,
whether or not they are enrolled in Boundary
County public schools.
