George D. Anich Jr., born 1980, charged with
felony possession of a controlled substance with
intent to manufacture November 8, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to felony possession
of a controlled substance, pled guilty and
sentenced to two years prison, determinate, four
years indeterminate, prison suspended, $500
fine, $500 restitution, $770.50 court costs and
four years probation. Charged with DUI, pled
guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 168
days suspended, $500 restitution, $207.50 court
costs and two years probation.
Tracey L. Miller, born 1952, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance February 8
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to four years in prison,
determinate, seven years indeterminate, $500
restitution, $770.50 court costs and five years
probation. Charged with DUI, pled guilty and
sentenced to 180 days in jail, 1`24 days
suspended, $500 restitution, $207.50 court costs
and two years probation.

Thomas P. Nyland, born 1992, charged with
malicious injury to property March 2 by the
Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $409.89
restitution, $162.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Jordan C. Kerr, born 1987, charged with
possession of mutilated, altered or revoked
license April 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and fined $48 and
$157.50 court costs.
John A. Bicknell, born 1987, charged with
exceeding allowable gross load May 28 at the
port of entry, pled guilty and fined $295 and
$152.50 court costs.
