Kenneth J. Warren, born 1961, charged with
operator in possession or use of alcohol March
22 by the Idaho State Police, $300 bond
forfeited.
Joshua R. Cleve, born 1994, charged with
possession of alcohol by a minor April 9 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
fined $100. Charged with petty theft, pled
guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight
days suspended, $87.50 fine and $162.50 court
costs.
Rachel N. Gravelle, born 1995, charged with
misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
February 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90
days detention, 88 days suspended and $90 court
costs. Charged with possession of a legend drug
without prescription, admitted true and
sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days
suspended, and one year probation.
Jacob S. Cook, born 1997, charged with
disturbing the peace January 15 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, admitted true and
sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days
suspended, $70 court costs and one year
probation.
Nathan F. Philbrook, born 1996, charged with
petit theft February 6 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, admitted true and sentenced
to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $7.58
