Allen D. Reed, born 1954, charged with
trafficking marijuana, a felony, October 8,
2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
amended to possession of more than three ounces
of marijuana, also a felony, pled guilty and
sentenced to 90 days in jail, two years prison,
determinate, five years prison, indeterminate,
$100 restitution, $1,000 fine and $360.50 court
costs.

Police Department, amended to possession of a
simulated controlled substance, a misdemeanor,

two years probation.
Tyler Bowlby-Brooks, born 1996, charged with

by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
