Unidentified driver killed in Shoshone

An as-yet unidentified driver was killed in a
single vehicle accident early this morning on a
Forest Service in Shoshone County.
According to the Idaho State Police, that person
was driving a 2002 Honda Civic east on Forest
Service Road 209, also known as Bumblebee Road,
when the driver drove off the right shoulder
while negotiating a curve.
The vehicle went down a steep embankment,
hitting a boulder and a large tree and then
bursting into flames.
Investigators are working to identify the
remains. |
