Harley A. Jelinek, born 1970, charged with
excessive DUI December 29 by the Boundary County
Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to
90 days in jail, 80 suspended, one year drivers
license suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court
costs and two years probation.
Michael Shawn Francis, born 1974, charged with
driving without privileges January 18 by the
Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days
suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension,

probation.
Sean M. Cooper, born 1977, charged with trapping
during closed season February 2 by Idaho Fish
and Game, pled guilty and fined $240 and $160
