Court dispositions Judge Justin Julian Jeffery D. Bohrn, born 1989, charged with excessive DUI August 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Bruce H. Greening, born 1962, charged with motor carrier in possession of alcohol September 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs. Nannette Fae Schrader, born 1965, charged with felony DUI September 24 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained and $585.50 court costs. Timothy Rolan Jantz, born 1963, charged with DUI, second offense, September 28 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $792.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Duane B. Friesen, born 1960, charged with failure to maintain logs December 3 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs. Donald L. Hendrickson, born 1960, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle December 5 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150; charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guikty and fined $27 and $152.50 court costs. Marcel J. Pelletier, born 1951, charged with operating without a valid trip permit December 16 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Tylan Devon Stuber Fairchild, born 1997, charged with aggravated assault, a felony, June 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to misdemeanor assault, found true and sentenced to informal adjustment and $70 court costs. Brandon K. Standley, born 1998, charged with possession of a controlled substance October 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to one year probation and $70 court costs. Carolyn R. Decker, born 1996, charged with misdemeanor battery December 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 61 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.
