Nicholas Richard Crettol, born 1989, charged with domestic assault July 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace; pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Daniel J. Nicholas, born 1993, charged with driving without privileges July 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, pled guilty and fined $200.

 

Anthony B. Brubaker, born 1995, charged with driving without privileges July 13 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Neal R. Lee, born 1945, charged with receiving compensation for outfitter or guide service without a license December 17, 2011, by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to a one-year hunting license suspension, $655 fine, $200 restitution and $145 court costs.

 

James M. Reinstra Jr., born 1979, charged with driving without privileges July 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180-day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $204.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Joel Howard Smith II, born 1940, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle August 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.
