Cat with a ticket to Europe missing
|
August 30, 2012 |
A
cat with a ticket to Europe to
be with his family is missing, and the family is
understandably anxious to find him. They're offering a reward to
anyone who finds him and gets him home safe.
According to owner Carol Zimmerman, who recently
left her home on Jones Street in Bonners Ferry
for Europe, her whitish gray tom cat, Siedem,
was last seen about a week ago, gone from the
house the family so recently vacated.
Siedem was staying there with a family friend to
await his trip to rejoin the family.
Siedem is microchipped, which my help in the
search, but it's his distinctively big front
paws, one with six toes and the other with
seven, that should make identifying easy if
anyone sees him.
"He was the only cat we've known that would come
when you called him, Carol said. "Plus, he had a
super personality."
Carol said she's checking everyday with local
shelters as well as the Bonners Ferry street
crew, but so far to no avail. She's asking that
anyone who's seen him, or who may have taken him
in as a stray, call either (208) 267-7521 or
(208) 521-8544. |
