E.L. Internet Northwest coverage growing
|
August 3, 2012 |
Living up to their goal of providing wireless
internet service to the most places in Boundary
County, Eric and Linda Lederhos, owners of E.L.
Internet Northwest, just announced the
completion of their new Deep Creek tower,
bringing high speed internet and internet
telephone service.
In
addition, E.L. crews are putting the finishing
touches on their Eastport tower, which will soon
provide full service in Eastport, through the
Round Prairie area and clear down the Moyie
River.
Launched in 2010, E.L. Internet Northwest,
locally owned and operated, dedicated itself not
only providing unrivalled and affordable
internet service to the community, but to
provide it in such away that even when
conditions are terrible, as is common in
Boundary County, especially in the winter.
Rather than rely on the grid, each tower
generates the bulk of the power they require
from the wind. If the wind doesn't blow for a
long time, generators at each tower kick on to
ensure little or no interruption ... in fact,
the systems are engineered to be 99.9-percent
reliable.
As if that weren't enough, E.L. recently earned
an impressive accolade, being voted friedliest
office in Boundary County" by all the local
folks who voted in the Bonners Ferry Herald's
"Best of the Best 2012 in Boundary County!"
