Gerald Alan Enright, 50, and Teresa Marie Jolin, 49, both of Bonners Ferry, married July 13 in Moyie Springs.

Sheldon Lamond Aaron Bass, 19, and Alyssa Dawn Hicks, 17, both of Bonners Ferry, married July 14 in Sandpoint.

Tate Albert Thiel, 34, and Brandy Ann Carpenter, 35, both of Bonners Ferry, married July 14 in Bonners Ferry.

 

Court dispositions

Judge Steve Verby

Shawn J. Cromwell, born 1987, charged with lewd conduct with a child under 16 January 1, 2008, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to aggravated assault, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, and $600.50 court costs.

 

Judge Justin Julian

Gerald J. O’Connor, born 1950, charged with battery April 28 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Brandon Lee Culler, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges March 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Nicole R. Bennett, born 1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $22.50 and $177.50 court costs.

 

Aaron D. Hoisington, born 1990, charged with DUI June 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Amanda K. Brewer, born 1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and fined $42.50 and $167.50 court costs.

 

Delrae Turley, born 1978, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Gary L. Ralph, born 1965, charged with exceeding allowable gross load June 25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $215 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Gregory E. Soumokil, born 1964, charged with operating without a trip permit July 10 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs.

9:36 p.m.: A traffic complaint at U.S. Customs resulted in an arrest for DUI.

1:33 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity on U.S. 95 at Super 1 Foods resulted in an arrest for failure to appear.

7:57 a.m.: Child abuse was reported at 1349 Roosevelt Road.

10:21 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made in the lobby at the sheriff’s office on a charge of third degree arson.

7:11 p.m.: A runaway was reported from Northwest Academy.

 

July 22

7:33 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 527405 Highway 95.

2:41 p.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at Highway 1 resulted in a warrant arrest on a charge of failure to appear.

3:22 p.m.: A trespasser was reported on Huff Road.

6:49 p.m.: A person reported receiving threats at 6525 Chinook Street.

9:55 p.m.: Boundary Search and Dive Rescue was activated and sent to Kent Lake.
