$112.50 fine and $212.50 court costs. Charged
with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty
and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended,
$300 fine and two years probation.

1954, charged with DUI March 18 by the Boundary
County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension,
$307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years
probation.

1940, charged with logbook violation April 28 by
the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined
$43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

Amy M. Junkert, born 1990,
charged with driving without privileges May 2 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty, judgment
withheld.
Nathan F. Philbrook, born
1996, charged with possession of a controlled
substance February 28 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, admitted true and sentenced
to $100 restitution, $70 court costs and one
year probation.
