Melvin R. Rowan, born 1947, charged with operating with un-deployed suspension axle March 22 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $200. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $41 and $137.50 court costs. Chase W. Brown, born 1997, charged with grand theft October 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to six days detention, $100 court costs and two years probation. Bryson E. Hart, born 1997, charged with grand theft October 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 171 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.
