by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to 120 days in jail, 72
suspended and credit for 48 days served, $567.50
fine, $207.50 court costs, one year drivers

Brent Allen Frederickson,
born 1989, charged with leaving the scene of a
damage accident December 10 by the Boundary
County Sheriffs Office, amended to failure to
notify upon striking fixtures on a highway. Pled
guilty, judgment withheld.
Thomas M. Johnsen, born
1981, charged with trespassing on cultivated
land in violation of warning signs November 22
by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined
$55 and $145 court costs.

fined $269 and $137.50 court costs.

Samantha E. Stuurmans, born
1992, charged with driving without privileges
January 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s
Office, amend to drivers license violation. Pled
guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail,
suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and
one year probation. Charged with failure to
provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and
fined $75 and $51.50 court costs.
