Court dispositions

Nicholas J. Sutherland, born 1986, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance January 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced one to three years in prison, commuted, 60 days in jail, $500 fine, $965 court costs, $300 restitution and three years probation.

 

Joshua K. Eby, born 1992, charged with invalid drivers license August 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Kristen L. Anderson, born 1994, charged with being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a public place September 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $70 court costs and two years probation. Charged with possession of tobacco by a minor, pled guilty and fined $100.

 

Stephen R. Schiller, born 1987, charged with DUI October 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Adam D. Bishop, born 1980, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $376 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Bruce R. Little, born 1956, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $121 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Crystal Lynn Canida, born 1982, charged with pedestrian under the influence November 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

5:30 p.m.: A possible DUI was reported on Highway 95 near milepost 536.

6:44 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at the Bonners Ferry High School soccer field.
