DAV seeking storage
space

Bonners Ferry Idaho
Chapter #28 of the Disabled American Veterans
(DAV), are seeking a free or low-cost storage
building in or near Bonners Ferry in which to
store all the medical equipment and supplies
they have on hand for local veterans.
Supplies include several regular wheelchairs,
one motorized wheelchair, a hospital bed, a lift
chair, several sets of crutches and other items
that they loan to local veterans to use. When
they no longer need them, they are returned to
the DAV to be used again.
The DAV could have considerably more items to
make available, but they've actually had to turn
down donations simply for lack of storage space.
The DAV does have a place to set a portable
storage shed if one is available.
If you have storage space that might be
suitable, please contact Ray Hinthorn, (208)
267-3510, or email his daughter, Heather
Gemmrig, at
Irishflower44@yahoo.com. |
