charged with excessive DUI December 12 by the
Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI.
Pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail,
135 days suspended, 180 day drivers license
suspension, $807.50 fine, $242.50 court costs
and two years probation.
Johnathan M. Dobbs, 47,
charged with driving without privileges January
2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
amended to drivers license violation, pled
guilty and fined $162.50 and $140.50 court
costs.

charged with possession of paraphernalia
February 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
Bobby O. Stone, 48, charged
with operating without a trip permit January 15
by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined
$122.50 and 142.50 court costs.
Stuart C. Barney, 25,
charged with misdemeanor possession of a
controlled substance March 11 by the Idaho State
Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in
jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs
inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50
fine, $187.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Brett L. Farber, 31,
charged with trespassing April 5 by the Boundary
County Sheriffs Office, sentenced to 30 days in
jail, 37 days suspended.
Kendra Jean Fisher, 18,
charged with possession of paraphernalia April 7
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 17 days
suspended, $12.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and
one year probation.
Daniel W. Pemp, 16, charged
with misdemeanor possession of a controlled
substance, admitted true and sentenced to $85
court costs and one year probation.
