and five years probation.
Donald R. McAllister Jr.,
23, charged with felony possession of a
controlled substance January 3 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to two years in prison, determinate,
five years indeterminate, suspended, $1,000
fine, $1025.50 court costs, $100 restitution,
jurisdiction retained.
Kimberly R. Casey, 44,
charged with excessive DUI February 4 by the
Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI,
pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with

Robert Martin Fancher, 42,
charged with DUI February 23 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended,
credit for one day served and eight hours
sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of one
day, $500 fine, $182.50 court costs and two
years probation.
Daniel J. Birsette, 20,
charged with DUI, second offense, March 5 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 360 days in jail, 320 days
