NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL LEVY ELECTION
BOUNDARY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 101
BOUNDARY COUNTY IDAHO
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN according to law and requisite action
by the Board of Trustees of Boundary School
District No. 101, Boundary County, Idaho,
that a special replacement supplemental levy
election will be held on Tuesday, May 17,
2011, in the Boundary County School District
No. 101, Boundary County, State of Idaho,
for the purpose of submitting to the
qualified electors of said District their
vote at precinct polling sites open 8:00
a.m.- 8:00 p.m. for the question “Shall the
Board of Trustees of Boundary County School
District No. 101,
Boundary
County, Idaho, be authorized and empowered
to levy a supplemental levy, as permitted by
law, in the amount of one million, four
hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000), each
year for two (2) years for a total of two
million, eight hundred thousand dollars
($2,800,000) for the purpose of paying all
lawful expenses of maintaining and operating
the schools of the District for the fiscal
years beginning July 1, 2011, and ending
June 30, 2013?” Said election will be
conducted pursuant to Title 34 Idaho Code.
