| Piper Banning, the daughter of
Jesse and Katie Banning, Bonners Ferry,
surprised her parents when she came home
from Valley View Elementary today, where
her million dollar smile lights up her
whole fourth grade classroom, having won a
September 2017 Super Star Citizen Award
for Respect for being considerate of
others and for treating others the way
she'd like to be treated. Way to go,
Piper! |
