Alicia O. Coats, 74, passed away on Tuesday,
October 17, 2017, at her home in Troy. She was
born May 14, 1943, on the Hawaiian island Oahu
to Auria and Andres Bicoy Sr.
She married James W. Coats on May 24, 1963, in
Hawaii.
Together they had three beautiful daughters.
They divorced before his passing in 2004.
Alicia enjoyed many things; cooking, gardening
and laughing with friends, spending time with
her grandchildren and her pets. Even though she
recently lived in town, she always had veggies
and flowers in her yard to help her stay busy.
Her most recent love was working at the thrift
store in Bonners Ferry.
Alicia was predeceased by her parents Auria and
Andres Bicoy Sr., sister Mary Cunningham &
brother Andres Bicoy Jr.
Survivors include daughters Leilani Coats and
husband Samuel Caldwell, Puyallup, Washington,
MaryAnn and husband Jeffery Gromley, Troy, and
Roseline Coats and husband Rafael Cruz, Renton,
Washington, sister Andrea O'Hara, Struthers,
Ohio, and grandchildren Sabrina Coats-Passmore,
James Caldwell, Ashely, Tyler, Matthew and Jacob
Gromley.
