Ernest F. Hazen, born 1963, charged
with driving without privileges September 7 by
the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined
$68.50 and $157.50 costs.
Bruce P. Vanbrocke, born 1959, charged with
motor carrier over weight September 12 at the
port of entry, pled guilty and fined $255 and
$160.50 costs.
Brandy L. Ware, born 1973, charged with
disturbing the peace September 29 by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 35 days in jail, $132.50 fine,
$167.50 costs and 364 days probation.
Cheyanne White, born 1997, charged with
misdemeanor possession of marijuana September 28
by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
