Major changes include a consistent three-lane section from Alderson Lane to Madison Street, with wider shoulders, sidewalks on both sides of Highway 95 separated from the road by a grass buffer area, highway lighting, and the removal of the traffic signal at Alderson Lane.
Changes north of Madison include a reduction to two lanes on the South Hill, highway lighting, and a new eight-foot sidewalk on the west side of the street.
