Bharpoor S. Sidhu, born 1987, charged
with logbook 14-hour rule violation July 13 by
the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined
$43.50 and $157.50 costs.
James A. Nomee, born 1980, charged with
possession of paraphernalia August 14 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 364 days
probation.
Ahmed Alwani, born 1986, charged with false
logbook August 29 by the Idaho State Police,
amended to log book not current to last change
of duty status, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and
$160.50 costs.
Tana K. Amaral, born 1980, charged with
unlawfully passing school bus, pled not guilty,
judgment withheld.
